2008 Filipino Martial Arts Stick Fighting Tournament
WHEN: Next Hall of Fame in 2008 on Saturday, July 26th
COST: Tournament: $45.00 per person
Tournament is from from 8:00AM to 3:00PM on the morning of the Hall of Fame.
Tournament Leaders: Grandmaster Bill Garness, and Master Eric Cruz.
This tournament is for all Kali practitioners and will be judged in accordance with Olympic style rules by appointed officials of Tuhon Ruby.
Tournament Judges will be Tuhon Sal Moralez Jr., Punong Guro Michael Barnett, Punong Guro Jorge Penifiel, Datu Scotty Gerton, Guro Dennis Watkins, and Guro Brian Gillis. Tuhon Ruby will be the Tournament Director.

UNITED STATES MARTIAL ARTS HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES
Tuhon Gaudiosa Ruby was inducted into another Hall of Fame. She was awarded a plaque for Most Distinguished Female Grandmaster. Punong Guro Gary Ruby was awarded a plaque for Filipino Martial Arts Ambassador. It's really satisfying to see Tuhon and Punong Guro get the recognition we all think they so well deserve. Tuhons, Police Self Defense Tactics and Training are now recognized by the Texas AND New Mexico DPS, (Department of Public Safety). One of Tuhons Students is an instructor at the Academy in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

COMJUKA-KALI SYSTEMS SCHOOL CHARTER No. 003 UPDATE
School Charter number 003 is finally almost ready for students. New projected opening date is Feb 2008.
Maybe I should get some students now and have them help finish the school. A paint "party" or the like is certainly old school. Fear not, it is only a joke.

Save your money and sock away some time because the next Filipino Martial Arts Hall of Fame will be here again on Saturday the 26th of July in 2008. We hope to see yet another great turn out.
